Skills and Qualifications:
- Successful completion of TMS Certification preferred (training and certification provided during the initial period of employment).
- Ideal candidates will have TMS Certification and preferably at least 1 year of TMS technician experience (otherwise training and certification provided during the initial period of employment).
- Ability to deliver superior customer service to all potential patients. Strong customer service skills and exceptional phone presence are a must.
- Experience working at the front desk in a medical office is preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel strong computer and data entry skills required.
- Excellent written verbal and follow up skills required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
- Ability to interact with potential patients clinic staff physicians and departments in a professional manner.
- Ability to multitask with a high degree of attention to detail and bring tasks to completion.
- Must maintain professional appearance and demeanor and interface well with patients in a mentalhealth setting.
- Must respect and adhere to office guidelines and use good judgment regarding patient confidentiality.
- Experience working with patients who are suffering from anxiety and depression is preferred.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma required.
- Experience in healthcare is strongly preferred.
- TMS Technician: 1 year (Preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer TMS treatments according to specific physician protocols. Set up the TMS medical device and monitor all aspects of the treatment sessions for patient comfort and treatment accuracy.
- Provide excellent patient care and treat patients with compassion while developing trust and rapport. Provide support reflective listening and compassion to patients struggling with depression and/or anxiety.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with patient comfort coil contact and TMS system setup throughout treatment.
- Administer psychiatric rating scales and counsel patients on completion of scales.
- Record session notes track insurance authorizations and schedule patient visits using EMR and medical scheduling software.
- Communicate with a team of certified TMS psychiatrists who oversee patient treatment at multiple office locations.
- Manage referral reporting and marketing programs.
- Schedule TMS phone questionnaire.
- Completing all Encounters on a daily basis.
- Explain and administer procedures to patients.
Compensation and Benefits:
- PNS offers a competitive compensation package including; medical dental vision and paid time off for full time employees.
- Hourly rate based on skill experience and tenure of your profession.
Compensacin: $22.00 $24.00 per hour

Our psychiatry team provides psychiatric treatments for children adolescents adults and seniors from multiple offices located throughout Orange County we do accept patients from the entire United States as well. Our psychiatrists treat a number of mental health disorders including anxiety stress PTSD bipolar schizophrenia dementia depression ADD ADHD alcohol and chemical dependency and more. Our Psychiatry practice was founded on the principles of treating patients with care compassion and understanding.
