Job Description
Drive the change in healthcare! A Magnetrecognized healthcare system in Massachusetts is searching for Home Health Registered Nurses from its Medford/Malden and Winchester/Stoneham territories. In this role you will provide compassionate care in a home setting to patients and families with needs ranging from basic to complex utilizing the nursing process.
Responsibilities:
- Work oneonone with patients outside of a clinical setting.
- Complete initial assessments of patients to determine individual needs.
- Develop and implement an appropriate plan of care and make changes as needed.
- Administer medication as directed.
- Provide ongoing education and support to patients and families.
- Document care provided and the patients progress toward desired outcomes.
Qualifications:
- An associates degree is required and a BSN is preferred.
- Active RN license.
- 1 years of nursing experience is required.
- Prior home health experience is preferred.
Additional Info:
- Fulltime permanent position
- Schedule: MondayFriday 8a430p
- $4352/hr. base depending on experience incentives!
