WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models to address business challenges from our clients.
Utilize NLP techniques to extract valuable information from unstructured data sources.
Create AIdriven solutions for predictive analytics recommendation systems and process automation.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business objectives from our clients and translate them into ML/AI solutions.
Evaluate model performance and iteratively improve accuracy and efficiency.
Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
Must have skills:
Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field.
Proven experience in machine learning NLP and AI with a focus on practical applications.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python along with familiarity with relevant libraries (e.g. TensorFlow scikitlearn NLTK).
Strong understanding of statistical methods and concepts.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly.
Nice to have:
Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms.
Knowledge of deep learning frameworks (e.g. PyTorch Keras).
Experience with LLM and GenAI is a plus.
Previous experience deploying ML/AI models into production environments.
