We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Project Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in a custodial management role focused on building upkeep. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills the ability to multitask and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Job Description:
*Ensure compliance with the scope of work.
*Participate in operations meetings
*Follow up on quality inspections
* Scheduling and monitoring of floor care and special projects
*Ensure ongoing training
*Ensure safety training
*Ensure compliance with customer work order program.
*Ensure compliance to all AHI standards and procedures.
* Review supplies.
* Review monthly financials.
* Review expense reports.
*Manage equipment audit compliance.
* Equipment inventory.
*Employee coaching.
Experience:
Janitorial Project Manager: 1 year (Preferred)
Terminal Cleaning Experience (Preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook).
Bilingual (Preferred)
Salary: $60k$75k based on experience
