Job Description
Job Summary:
TriFLEXSI Home Health Care Inc. is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Houston TX. As a Contractor Healthcare / Medical professional you will work in a remote setting to provide highquality physical therapy services to our diverse patient population. This is a fastpaced and dynamic position that offers the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of patients physical abilities and limitations
Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients conditions and goals
Utilize evidencebased practices to provide quality physical therapy services
Monitor and document patients progress throughout the course of treatment
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for patients
Educate patients and their families on techniques for injury prevention and selfcare
Adhere to company policies procedures and ethical standards
Keep abreast of industry developments and advancements in physical therapy
Requirements:
Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or home health setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
Strong clinical evaluation and treatment skills
Proficient in computer and electronic medical record documentation
Must have access to a reliable computer and internet connection for remote work
Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are a plus
