Responsibilities:
- Oversee service orders and the flow of the Drive Lane ensuring prompt courteous and efficient service to all customers.
- Take ownership of the customer experience managing additional tasks to leave a positive and lasting impression.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries whether by phone or in person ensuring customers receive the highest level of service.
- Ensure technicians time is effectively allocated and sold to service customers daily.
- Efficiently distribute work between technicians.
- Answer customer questions regarding vehicle issues warranties services and repairs.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (at or above company standards).
- Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems ordering parts and tools as needed.
- Foster good working relationships with manufacturers and maintain positive employee relations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor at a dealership
- Outstanding customer service skills with a positive friendly attitude
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers colleagues and vendors
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Professional appearance with attention to detail
- Proven success in service and sales with a strong record of customer satisfaction
- Teamoriented selfmotivated and able to work independently
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Willing to undergo a preemployment drug screen and background check
