This position may perform any number of the following activities as assigned to provide an efficient organized and businesslike environment in support of the departments objectives:
1 Type memos correspondence forms reports charts etc.
2 Prepare various records and reports.
3 Create and maintain files and records management systems.
4 Receive review and direct incoming correspondence.
5 Answer phones and relay messages.
6 Operate various office service machines.
7 Take training on automated office equipment.
8 Perform other related duties as assigned or as necessary.
