Job Description
As a Primary Technical Control Facility Lead you will:
- Oversee daily operations of the Tech Control facility ensuring all systems and equipment function at optimal levels.
- Lead and mentor a team of tech control professionals providing guidance on projects and missioncritical operations.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies aligned with industry standards ITSM best practices and regulatory compliance.
- Manage Tier 2 Tech Control Helpdesk functions ensuring efficient incident handling service requests and problem resolution.
- Coordinate and supervise the restoration and reporting functions necessary for the effective maintenance of transmission paths and facilities
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance
- Bachelors Degree in a related field
- Minimum 5 years experience with managing and operating cryptographic facilities
