What We Need
Were looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our clinic runs smoothly and that our patients receive topnotch service. If youre passionate about helping others and excited about our mission we want to hear from you.
Your Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and greet patients as they enter the clinic
Schedule patient appointments and manage the clinics appointment calendar
Explain fees to patients and handle payments
Perform data entry in our clinics computer systems
Describe and process payments for products available for purchase
Keep patient files uptodate enter charges and process payments
Assist chiropractors during chiropractic treatments
Verify Insurance and billing

Has customer service experience and a genuine passion for helping others
Demonstrates strong multitasking abilities and a history of managing multiple responsibilities effectively
Possesses superior communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to connect with and motivate people

Position Details
**Hours:** Monday Thursday 8:00 AM 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM 6:00 PM Friday 8 am12 pm
**Compensation:** $16 per hour

**Weekly Hours:** 3545 hours per week
