Qualifications and Skills
- Good communication and listening skills
- Strong sales ability to convert enquiries into admissions
- Proficiency in Excel and CRM software
Roles and Responsibilities
- Brief course details to candidates and parents at the institute
- Conduct telecounseling of prospective students for relevant courses creating walkins to the center
- Handle telecalling for lead generation and manage walkin enquiries
- Generate new references from students
- Conduct inhouse activities such as seminars and workshops
- Daily followup on enquiries and fee collections
