We are supporting a forwardthinking clientfocused law firm in their search for a talented Residential Conveyancer to join their expanding team in the Solihull Area. This fulltime role offers the opportunity to manage a highvolume caseload of residential property sales while delivering exceptional service to clients.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Managing your own caseload of conveyancing transactions from instruction to postcompletion.
- Communicating professionally and effectively with clients third parties customers and colleagues by phone and in writing ensuring deadlines are met.
What Were Looking For:
- A Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with 23 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
- Proven experience in managing your own caseload independently.
- A collaborative team player with a strong ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive selfmotivated and enthusiastic approach to work.
- Professional approachable and wellpresented.
- Bonus: A client following is desirable but not essential.
