About Us:

As a team member of this new hotel you will have the extraordinary opportunity to shape the guest experience from the ground up. This flagship hotel features a modern design 188 spacious suites amazing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains over 7500 square feet of meeting and event space and a 2500 square foot rooftop restaurant and bar and is within walking distance of shops restaurants and entertainment venues. The hotel is located at192 Haywood Street Asheville NC 28801.
The Role:
As a Valet Attendant youre not just parking cars youre setting the tone for our guests stay by providing a seamless and courteous arrival experience.
What Youll Do:
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly greeting creating a positive first impression.
- Assist guests with their luggage ensuring its handled with care and delivered promptly to their room.
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guests vehicles maintaining a wellorganized valet area.
- Provide helpful information about hotel amenities and local attractions upon request.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with the front desk to ensure a smooth arrival process.
- Keep accurate records of vehicles and ensure their security during the stay.
Your Skills and Style:
- Your hospitality shines through you thrive on making guests feel welcome and valued.
- Strong communication skills and a courteous demeanor are your trademarks.
- Previous experience as a Valet Attendant is a plus but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
- You must have a clean drivers license with at least 2 years driving experience on a full license and the ability to drive a manual shift vehicle.
- Attention to detail ensures the safe handling of guests vehicles and belongings.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift luggage are part of your skill set.
- A flexible schedule is your ally as valet services operate around the clock.
