Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will be responsible for providing quality resident care and nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or licensed physician in a longterm care facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign and supervise care provided by CMAsand CNAs.
- Administer medications maintain accurate documentation and carry out physician orders.
- Monitor resident conditions report any changes and assist in implementing care interventions.
- Maintain a positive and supportive environment for residents physical social and emotional wellbeing.
- Ensure compliance with all nursing protocols and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensed to practice as an LPN in the state of Oklahoma.
- CPR & First Aid certified.
- Previous experience in longterm care preferred.
- Dependable and reliable with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
