Greystones is seeking a Senior Strategic Planner to support the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) developing data analytics cybersecurity and IT capabilities. In this role you will lead the strategic planning efforts for largescale projects playing a critical role in developing the mission vision and strategic goals. This position provides direction and expertise in creating actionable longterm plans for organizations ensuring alignment with their desired future and measurable outcomes.
Major Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic planning process for large projects ensuring alignment with requirements goals and vision.
- Offer strategic guidance in the creation of operational plans that translate requirements into actional steps including setting clear and measurable outcomes.
- Prioritize initiatives and provide recommendations for resources.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all plans are actionable achievable and aligned with the overall mission.

Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience.
- 7 years of experience in a strategic management/planner role.
- Experience providing consulting support and expertise to clients.
- Ability to develop review and present deliverables and findings to management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with strategic planning methodologies and approaches.
