We are looking for aPharmaSoftwareConsultantto join our high caliber team.
Your Role
- Meet business and technical stakeholders to gather analyze and define customers requirements about business processes
- Create technical solutions design and implement software according to business requirements
- Provide feedback on developing new functionalities and improving existing according to customers needs
- Provide training to achieve user smooth introduction to the new functionalities and software environment
- Work closely with project team to prioritize customers needs and proactively identify and resolve problems
Your Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Economics or in relevant field
- Knowledge of Databases (Microsoft SQL Server)
- Familiarity with ERP CRM or other software is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customeroriented mindset with a commitment to delivering highquality service
