Headquartered in Paterson NJ Straight and Narrow is the largest program of its kind. We provide innovative and compassionate services to individuals struggling with substance use and cooccurring disorders. We are looking for dedicated caring and compassionate people to work in our Residential/Outpatient Treatment Facilities and Community Programs.
Clinical Supervisor (Womens Treatment)
Hours: Monday Friday and one late night (flexibility needed)
Location: Secaucus New Jersey
Sign on bonus of $5000 (Full Time Only) (New Employees Only)
Job Summary:
A Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervising and monitoring the work of the counselors who report to him/her and ensuring that the clients on their supervisees caseloads receive highquality substance abuse treatment services. They are also responsible for ensuring that their supervisees meet all of Straight & Narrows personnel requirements and for assuming other responsibilities that may fall under the purview of the supervisory team.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in social work counseling Human Services or Psychology with an LCADC and a LPC or LCSW minimum of two years experience in the field of addictions treatment are required. Experience in Medically Assisted Treatment and CCS required.
