Responsibilities

Exciting opportunity for a neonatologist at St. Joseph Medical Center a busy high acuityLevelIII NICU in the downtownmedical center area of Houston!

  • 3400 plusannual deliveries
  • OB residency program with OB residents OB anesthesia and faculty attendings inhouse 24/7
  • 3neonatologists sharing 24hour shifts with out of house night coverage response time 30 minutes or less
  • 24/7 NNP inhouse coverage; neonatologists called in on an as neededbasis at night.
  • Pediatric hospitalists see normal newborns
  • Pediatric surgery consultation available and access to a broad range of subspecialty support
