Were excited to be working with a stunning boutique hotel near Stroud known for its warm hospitality and commitment to quality. Theyre looking for a Deputy Manager to lead their team deliver exceptional guest experiences and play a key role in the hotels continued success.

Responsibilities as the Deputy Manager

  • Supporting and motivating the team to deliver outstanding service
  • Taking the lead in the daytoday running of the business
  • Making confident decisions and handling challenges with ease
  • Creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and employees alike
  • Taking ownership of problems and finding effective solutions
