We are seeking qualified candidates to apply for our growing sales team.
Experience in customer service hospitality hotels & restaurants industries retail sales IT or call centers are encouraged to apply. Automotive experience is not necessary. We have an inhouse training team dedicated to your success; offering online and instore training programs offered by the manufacturer and the Rydell Automotive family.

- Annual Salary Range of $36000 to $120000 commensurate to sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Be the expert and guide our customers on their journey to their next car!
- Create customers for life by generating excitement and demonstrating customer enthusiasm.
- Ability to consistently maintain the goal unit average and minimum performance.
- Learn understand and advocate the products we offer to our customers.
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends. Staff company events as needed.
- Maintain customer communication via phone textsocial media and email.
- Assist in merchandising vehicles in the display areas for best customer exposure.
- Assist in cleaning and washing vehicles
- Other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
- Strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Office 365 and other webbased technology solutions.
- Sales abilities including persuasiveness and ability to overcome objections.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a proven sales track record
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Outgoing and friendly personality especially while handling objections
- Reliable detail oriented and accurate in your work.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Acceptable driving record and current drivers license as required by our insurer.
- Submit to a background check.
- Professional wellgroomed personal appearance.
