Job Description
Infosys is seeking an OSS Java Full Stack Enterprise Architect. In this role you will work on defining and delivering next generation digital transformation initiatives for leading global organizations worldwide. You will be part of a highly elite global team of passionate technology leaders and chief architects who are ahead of the curve in identifying technology trends disruptors and applying them to innovate and solve wicked problems.
Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Bridgewater NJ or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 14 years of Information Technology experience
Expertise in Digital Architecture
Knowledge with full SDLC lifecycle
OSS java experience is mandatory
Expertise with Lean / Agile development methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong telecom domain knowledge in wireline & wireless OSS systems
- Broad expertise in fulfilment assurance network planning and deep expertise in one of the sub domains
- Experience in Application Architecture & Design of Applications
- Strategy: Develop and articulate a comprehensive strategy that aligns with the organizations & clients vision mission and longterm goals
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership including client technology partners and business executives to define roadmaps; ability to whiteboard and present solutions to Clevel stakeholders
- Innovation & business development
- Scans for major disruptive technology trends that affect business.
- Contextualizes technology trends and identifies opportunities for implementation to deliver business outcomes
- Familiarity with GenAI and provide innovative solutions for GenAI in SDLC as well as GenAI for Optimizing Operations Innovative Telco domain oriented GenAI solutions
- Architecture Leadership & Governance
- Define and maintain the future state IT architecture considering cloud native onpremises and hybrid solutions.
- Establish and enforce architecture standards guidelines and best practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where appropriate.
- Determine and maintain technology standards and patterns which are clear and consumable by technical teams
- Conduct reviews with teams on critical programs
- Leverages frameworks from TOGAF or equivalent standards to effectively communicate and implement architecture strategies
- Other skills:
- Awareness of latest technologies and trends
- Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in leading a team of senior architects
- Flexibility to travel
