Position Summary
You will be responsible for setting up of the service area and trays for meal services adhering to food safety guidelines and following dietary restrictions based on Patients needs.
Assists the Lead Server in the preparation and service of meals meeting scheduled meal times and following established policies and procedures within the dietary department to ensure patients receive the highest quality of service.
Essential Job Functions
Responsible for assisting supervisor with food service using specific procedures following guidelines and regulations.
Responsible for delivering residents meal carts and stocking patient units.
Knowledgeable of Federal State and Community rules regulations policies and procedures.
Qualifications :
1 year food service preferred
Fluent in English including reading writing and speaking
Ability to communicate clearly to all levels within the community
Must be able to follow directions and follow through on assignments
Ability to work with others as part of a team
Ability to multitask and prioritize
ServSafe is desirable
Education Requirement
High school diploma or GED degree

Must be able to stand for long periods of time
