Job Description
Our client is a leading payments services group in Singapore. We are seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist to join our clients team. The successful candidate will provide 24/7 daytoday support ensure stability of environments monitor alerts and perform incident and problem management. The incumbent will also participate in application deployments and assist external parties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incident tickets from start to closure
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
- Conduct root cause analysis and document solutions
- Collaborate with teams to resolve complex issues
- Assist in operational tasks application deployments and testing
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering
- 3 years of experience in Java J2EE/JEE Oracle SQL/PLSQL
- Good analytical problemsolving and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle tight SLAs
- Experience in cloudbased architecture DevSecOps and financial clearing systems is a plus
