Job Description


Were seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth and become a key player in our clients Sales team. This role involves managing the entire sales process building and maintaining a strong pipeline leading training initiatives and executing specific projects to optimize sales performance and customer retention.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Account Management:
    • Manage and optimize the full sales process and pipeline for inbound and account development
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline drive conversions and oversee account development initiatives
    • Lead projects and initiatives to improve sales activities outbound campaigns and overall sales strategy
  • Renewal Management:
    • Oversee the renewal process for various customer segments ensuring a smooth and efficient renewal cycle
    • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales Teams to secure successful renewals and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Process Improvement:
    • Streamline sales and renewal processes to support commercial growth and build a solid foundation for ongoing success
  • Subject Matter Expertise:
    • Present the value of corporate communication learning & development to customers and stakeholders
    • Liaise with multiple stakeholders internally and externally to achieve commercial success with customers
  • Business Objectives and Relationships:
    • Define business objectives and use cases to ensure high business outcomes for customers
    • Build strong business relationships with customers

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors Degree (or higher) in a relevant field of study
  • Commercial Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a commercial role with a deep understanding of business dynamics
  • Key Skills:
    • Strong ability to manage expectations present solutions and build lasting relationships with clients
    • Outstanding skills in presenting and communicating effectively with fluency in English
    • Proven success in sales with a demonstrated ability to drive results
    • Excellent negotiation and dealmaking skills
    • Ability to manage and navigate complex sales processes with a clear understanding of the business value of SaaS solutions
    • Strong listening skills and a deep understanding of customers business needs and challenges
    • Team player with exceptional people skills and the ability to work collaboratively
