Job Title: Material Handler
Pay: $16/hr
Shift: 1st Shift Monday to Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Material Handler to join our team in Pryor. The Material Handler will be responsible for loading and unloading materials ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining inventory records. You will use equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move products efficiently and safely. Attention to detail and a commitment to safety are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Load and unload materials manually or with equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
Accurately transfer and manage all associated paperwork.
Mark incoming products with identification labels and store them in designated areas.
Verify the quantity and condition of items received and dispatched.
Pack and unpack items for storage ensuring shelves are stocked in an organized and accessible manner.
Follow work orders or oral instructions for specific assignments.
Verify job numbers on products correspond with paperwork and ensure correct loading as per shipping department instructions.
Prepare products for shipment by identifying pulling packing labeling wrapping crating loading and securing.
Maintain accurate inventory records by tracking supplies used during production.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience operating material handling equipment.
Basic math skills for accurate counting and recordkeeping.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as kneeling stooping crouching crawling walking standing reaching twisting turning and lifting continuously.
