Job Description
Our client A a leading solar EPC in Cape Town seeks to employ an O&M PV technician.
Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Resolve technical onsite Issues
- Basic O&M Functions
- Routeen maintenance
- Performance reports
- Site inspections
- Repairs and replacement of components
- Systems monitoring

- Must have a Trade Test
- Drivers
- South African
- 5 years PV experience
Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; a Master s degree is preferable Significant experience in the solar energy or renewable energy industry, with a proven track record in technical sales and business development Expertise in using advanced CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Capable of handling multiple projects in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
Education
Education: Bachelor s degree in Engineering
