Responsible for preparing and circulating key MI to senior stakeholders. Delivers key insights to senior stakeholders and influences pricing decisions and strategies. Builds relationships with a broad range of stakeholders to ensure growth targets are delivered as planned.
Key responsibilities:
- Produces and circulates key daily MI suite (balances retention internal and external flows)
- Prepares data and MI for the Weekly Liquidity Meeting pack
- Analysis and interpretation of underlying data to support management with decision making including root cause analysis
- Influences savings pricing decisions with recommendations made to ALCo. members
- Briefs and manages the implementation of price changes from start to finish
- Presents pricing recommendations to the Weekly Liquidity Meeting
- Develops and delivers NPD projects engaging with key stakeholders from around the business (Ops Marketing Treasury Finance)
- Build Ops engagement to ensure that CSR colleagues are as informed as possible with their discussions with customers
- Continued improvement of price change processes to reduce risk of error when implementing changes
- Assists Savings Pricing and Performance Manager with preparing insight packs to reflect savings performance and changes in the broader savings and economic market
- Builds relationships with key stakeholders to ensure trade requirements are delivered (Ops Marketing Treasury Finance)
Qualifications :
- Operational experience in Call Centre of Financial services environment
- Banking or financial services experience in a customer service environment is preferred
- Ability to use Excel to produce reports and insight packs
Proven track record in delivery of quality insight and recommendations which have been delivered with successful outcomes.
