Job Description

Job Summary:

The HR Executive shall be responsible for overseeing all human resource functions within the Company / Fabrication Yard ensuring compliance with labor laws employee engagement and effective workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Workforce Management:

Oversee and maintain the Statutory Registers / requirements and to liase with the Consultants appointed by the Company .

Prepare the Salary Statement and maintain the Overtime Register based on the inputs received from the Fabrication Yard

Maintain the Leave Register

Monitor employee attendance shift scheduling and overtime management.

3. Industrial Relations & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws factory regulations and safety norms.
  • Maintain harmonious industrial relations and address grievances proactively.
  • Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies.
  • Handle disciplinary actions misconduct cases and dispute resolutions if any .

4. Health Safety and Environment (HSE):

  • Ensure adherence to workplace safety protocols and statutory requirements.
  • Conduct safety audits and promote a safetyfirst culture.
  • Handle accident investigations and coordinate with relevant authorities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Graduate MBA(HR) Qualification will be added advantage
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of HR experience in a Construction Setup
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws industrial relations and compliance.
  • Experience in handling workforce management employee relations and training programs.
  • Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage conflicts effectively.
  • Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office tools.
