- Develop and execute franchise expansion strategies to capture the Maharashtra market.
- Provide training and resources to franchisees on operational procedures.
- Evaluate franchise business plans for viability and profitability.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies for franchisees.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of franchise operations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with franchisees.
- Develop and implement franchise compliance protocols.
- Advise franchisors on industry trends and best practices.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for franchise development.
- Prepare detailed reports on franchise performance metrics.
- Work with legal teams to ensure franchise agreements meet regulations.
- Assist in conflict resolution between franchisors and franchisees.
- Monitor local market conditions to inform franchise strategy.
- Identify potential areas for franchise expansion and growth.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise consulting or a related field.
- Strong understanding of franchise regulations and industry standards.
- Proven track record in business development and sales.
- Exceptional analytical and decisionmaking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in market analysis and business planning.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience conducting training sessions and workshops.
- Relevant certifications in franchise consulting (e.g. CFC FCB).
- Willingness to travel for meetings and franchise assessments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
