About the Position
As a Sales Analyst at HOLY your mission is to drive datadriven decisionmaking and optimize sales performance through comprehensive analysis forecasting and category management.
You will play a key role in ensuring accurate demand planning actionable field force insights and strategic reporting to enhance our retail and overall market success.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for Field Force Analysis & Performance Optimization Track and evaluate field force activities providing datadriven insights to enhance retail optimize instore visibility and improve sales efficiency.
You will lead our Category Management & Market Insights Analyze category performance shopper behavior and competitor activity to develop strategic recommendations that drive category growth and strengthen HOLYs retail positioning.
You own our Demand Planning & Forecasting Develop accurate sales forecasts and demand plans by analyzing historical data market trends and promotional impact to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize outofstocks.
You create Sales Reporting & Data Visualization Create clear actionable reports and dashboards to communicate key sales trends performance metrics and opportunities to internal stakeholders for informed decisionmaking.
About You
Strong Analytical & ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to interpret complex data identify patterns and generate actionable insights to optimize sales performance and strategic decisionmaking.
Data Management & Visualization:Proficiency in handling large datasets using tools like Excel Power BI or Tableau to create clear and compelling reports that support business objectives.
Forecasting & Demand Planning Expertise: Skilled in predictive modeling trend analysis and statistical forecasting to drive accurate demand planning and inventory optimization.
Attention to Detail & Accuracy:High level of precision in data analysis reporting and forecasting to ensure reliability and credibility in decisionmaking processes.
Fluency in English German is a plus.
