Clinical Concierge MA/LVN

Were beyond excited to introduce Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care. With centers open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. 365 days a year little or no wait times and ability for most patients to leave with medication in hand our goal is to offer an easy convenient and affordable option for the care our patients need.

Location: 2522 W Eldorado Parkway Frisco Texas 75033 (This position requires floating)

Works hours: FullTime 312hour shifts a week 7:45 AM 8:15 PM

What youll do:

Be our clinical concierge providing outstanding customer service as you guide our patients and visitors through their entire experience in the Urgent Care Clinic

Be a vital member of the care team assisting with clinical functions including front and backoffice duties and working closely with the provider and other clinical team members

This position will float across multiple Texas Health Urgent Care locations.

What youll need:

H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required And

Other Successful completion of a Medical Assistant education program Certified or Registered Medical Assistant in lieu of the completion of a Medical Assistant education program Required or Other Successful completion of a Vocational Nurse program Required.

6 months of Previous health care facility clinical experience as a LVN MA CNA or other patient care experience or completion of an internal THR MA externship training program in lieu of experience Required.

Previous experience with electronic health record preferred.

BCLS Basic Cardiac Life Support maintained every 2 years and required prior to providing independent patient care Upon Hire Required.

Certified or Registered Medical Assistant in lieu of the completion of a Medical Assistant education program Req or LVN Licensed Vocational Nurse State of Texas if LVN Upon Hire Required.
