Job Description
HR Executive (Female) needed in a School in Tellapur Hyderabad
Immediate joining.
Qualification: Should be a Post Graduate in HR. Preference to someone with a HR background with at least 12 years experience in the education industry
Role & Responsibilities :
Understand job requirements and objectives. Handle and Managing recruitment posting including resume screening scheduling interviews and conducting background checks and police verification process.
Work closely with the Hiring leaders to close the positions. Coordinate all rounds of interviews; provide feedback to the candidates in a timely manner.
Conduct joining formalities. Follow school protocols diligently.
Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
Managing employee benefits and compensation packages
Preparing and presenting HRrelated reports.
Salary: 3540k
Only local candidates are needed.
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
Background verification will be conducted for selected candidate.
