We are seeking a detailoriented and reliable Cashier to join our team in Grand Rapids MI. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while processing transactions efficiently and accurately. This role requires strong attention to detail a friendly attitude and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities
Handle cash credit and debit card transactions accurately
Maintain an organized and clean checkout area
Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent service
Process refunds exchanges and resolve customer concerns professionally
Monitor inventory levels at the register and report discrepancies
Follow company policies and cash handling procedures
Support team members and assist with store operations as needed
Qualifications :
Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service preferred
Strong mathematical and problemsolving skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs when needed
