Your Impact
Youll report to the Sales Operations Lead and play a crucial role in:
- Enhancing our sales processes
- Boosting sales team productivity
- Supporting commercial teams across Intelligence eLearning Advisory and Events
Your DaytoDay
As our Sales Operation Coordinator youll:
- Be the goto expert for sales operations queries
- Manage Salesloft users and sales cadences
- Maintain Salesforce and Excel reports and dashboards
- Update sales process documentation and training materials
- Onboard new Salesloft and Salesforce users
- Ensure timely lead delivery to sales teams
- Keep sales pipeline data accurate and uptodate
- Champion diversity equity and inclusion
- Connect people and projects across the organization
Qualifications :
Youll bring:
- Sharp organizational skills and attention to detail
- A drive for highquality work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS applications especially Excel
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Salesloft (a nice to have)
