Job Description
- Architect and design scalable highperformance Javabased applications for automotive distribution and retail systems;
- Lead and mentor a team of software developers fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement;
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and implement technical strategies aligned with business goals;
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from concept to deployment;
- Implement best practices in code quality testing and documentation;
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in our automotive solutions;
- Participate in technical decisionmaking processes and provide expert advice to stakeholders;
- Ensure the security reliability and performance of our software systems;
- Optimize existing systems and processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field
- 5 years of experience in Java development with 3 years in a technical leadership role
- Advanced knowledge of Java software architecture and design patterns
- Expertise in microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
- Proficiency in version control systems particularly Git
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
- Indepth knowledge of automotive industry trends and challenges (is a plus)
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and team leadership abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Passion for innovation and staying current with emerging technologies
