What We Are Looking For The Fulfillment Supervisor will be responsible for directing a team of nonexempt employees in the distribution center. The Fulfillment supervisor will serve as the frontline contact for the fulfillment team this includes planning organizing directing controlling and supervising the daily activities of an assigned shift and functional area to achieve performance goals and metrics within the distribution center through coaching and training assigned staff. Additionally the Fulfillment Supervisor will be responsible for order selection replenishment loading and shipping of Customer orders supporting two shifts. This role will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of both productivity and quality. Who You Are

Key Responsibilities - Managing the full scope of the fulfillment process at the warehouse.
- Supervising a team of Leads and Fulfillment Specialists tackling daily fulfillment requests.
- Train assess and improve daily performance of Fulfillment Specialists.
- Manage relationships with staffing agencies including onboarding training and scheduling.
- Responsible for work distribution replenishment requests scheduling and ordering supplies as needed.
- Lead and scale fulfillment strategy to include innovation/improvements for processes technology policies and procedures to support business goals.
- Ensure Order Service Level Agreements are met.
- Manage incorrect orders and actions needed.
- Advise manager of any shipping issues and escalate as needed.
- Ensure staff is on time and prepared for scheduled shifts.
- Provide Manager with regular overview review of fulfillment area possible improvements and efficiency gains.
- Create and maintain a culture of safety.
- Manage and fix timecards weekly.
- Create process excellence by actively managing and improving metrics and goals for the team with accuracy scalability cost per order and timeliness
- Propose and implement best in industry metrics process and systems that improve business outcomes and encourage effective datadriven decision making
- Develop document and implement team process and procedures
- Partner with cross functional teams to deliver quality exceed customer expectations and identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist with special projects as needed.

- Experience in a leadership role in a Fulfillment/Distribution environment

- Experience and desire to support a culture built on collaboration sharing of ideas and celebration of successes as well as drive for positive outcomes with crossfunctional teams.
Physical Requirements: - While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand walk stoop reach lift
- The employee must regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
- Must be able to work near food ingredients exposure to food allergens
- Location: inside an airconditioned manufacturing and warehouse environment
