We aim to be the primary service provider for the people and entities responsible for the care movement and longterm preservation of art and culture.
To that end our Senior Art Handling Specialists are responsible for ensuring safety and integrity in packing crating and transporting artworks to and from museums across the world regional art galleries and private venues. In addition to physical requirements this role also provides leadership and guidance during projects while acting as a liaison between clients and company managers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Using Croziers appropriate techniques and materials:
Handle move wrap pack and crate art objects decorative arts and/or furniture
Install/uninstall art for onsite projects
Load/unload trucks to ensure safe transit
Plan organize and pack trucks to ensure utmost safety of objects during transit
Conduct inspection reports
Lead guide and coach team of 35 Art Handlers for success during onsite projects
Act as onsite liaison between clients and company management
Determine strategy for projects particularly when senior staff are not on site
Spend 5 of time on laptop / desktop computer telephone
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 Years Prior Art handling Experience In Gallery Museum or Commercial Fine Art Space
Industry standard knowledge of techniques and materials for packing crating installing and uninstalling
Skills effective communication; attentive to detail; discretion; followthrough; selfmotivated; and team player
Valid drivers license and able to travel to regional locations for onsite work
Willing to work flexible hours based on project needs
Lift move push and pull heavy objects (in excess of 75 lbs) bend kneel crouch stand

Schedule:Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
