Description

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Account Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with exceptional relationshipbuilding and sales skills to drive growth by managing existing customer accounts prospecting new leads and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service and contract renewals. The Account Executive will be responsible for generating new business nurturing client relationships and identifying upsell opportunities while acting as the primary point of contact for customers. This role requires strong communication skills the ability to negotiate contracts and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management & Customer Retention: Collaborate with Account Managers to identify potential upsell opportunities and ensure the successful renewal of contracts for existing customers.
  • New Business Development: Actively prospect and acquire new customers through referrals cold calling followups on marketing campaigns and participation in trade conferences and industry events.
  • Sales & Presentations: Conduct compelling presentations for potential and existing clients tailoring content and solutions to meet their specific objectives and needs. Use persuasive sales techniques to convert prospects into longterm customers.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations close sales and serve as the primary point of contact during the customer onboarding process transitioning clients to the Account Management team for ongoing service.
  • Market Research & Needs Assessment: Identify future customer needs through market research customer surveys and outreach campaigns. Work closely with Account Managers to understand customer pain points and craft solutions that address those needs.
  • Collaboration & Strategy Development: Partner with the Marketing team to develop sales support materials campaigns and strategies that resonate with target audiences. Work with senior leadership to develop innovative strategies for penetrating new markets.
Requirements

  • Experience: Proven sales and account management experience with a demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Education: Bachelors degree required.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customerfocused approach and the ability to effectively present to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and experience creating and delivering presentations. Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM is a plus.
  • Motivation & Goals: Highly motivated goaloriented and competitive with a passion for sales and business development.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel approximately 25 of the time.
  • Work Schedule: Ability to work in the office a minimum of three days a week with flexibility to work remotely for the remaining days.
