Our opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented AI & Automation Solution Lead to join our Professional Services team. As an Automation Solutions Lead you will oversee the development and implementation of automation solutions within our Professional Services organization. This role typically involves collaborating with crossfunctional teams to identify automation opportunities designing and deploying automation frameworks and ensuring that automation solutions align with business objectives.

Location: San Jose CA (onsite ideally) / USA Remote
You will make an impact by being responsible for:
- Leading the automation strategy and roadmap for the Professional Services organization.
- Managing a team of automation engineers and developers.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Designing developing and deploying automation solutions using tools like Automation Anywhere UiPath or Blue Prism.
- Ensuring that automation solutions are scalable maintainable and secure.
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of automation solutions.
- Providing training and support to endusers and team members.
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Engineering Information Technology or a related discipline is preferred
- 10 years of experience in project management including agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Strong leadership communication and change management skillsan ability to identify and prioritize opportunities for automation within business workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proficiency in data analytics and working with large datasets to develop AI models.
- Deep understanding of artificial intelligence machine learning natural language processing (NLP) and related technologies.
- Awareness of ethical implications in AI applications ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
Thesalary rangeor on target earnings (base salary on target incentives)for this position in California New York and Washington is$225000 to $240000 a yearand outside of those locations is$215000 to $230000 a year. Thesalaryultimately offered is determined through a review of education industry experience training knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors. This position is also eligible forequity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
