Job Description
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Corporate Security General Associate Manager in Manassas VA.
In this role you will:
- Supervise varying levels of professionals in consulting and riskbased security products and services based on defined protocols tasks and processes to ensure timely completion quality and compliance Corporate Security
- Identify opportunities for developing recommending and implementing physical security equipment standards and policies to minimize the associated risks of criminal incidents against company assets team members or customers
- Make daytoday supervisory and tactical decisions and resolve issues related to coordination installation upgrade conversion or servicing of alarm systems access controls cameras and all other types of physical security equipment under direction of Corporate Security management
- Leverage interpretation of policies procedures and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with Vendors Colleagues and managers
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Corporate Security
- Be responsible for selection evaluation and development of staff
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of Corporate Security experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education
- 1 year of Leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in one of or a combination of the following:Military (Career/Military Police/Military Elite Forces) Law Enforcement (Police Academy Graduate) TSA security screening Correctional Facility (Correction Officer) Documented formal leadership training through one of the disciplines or accredited university programs.
- Must understand working in a highly regulated work environment surrounding screening and access control systems.
- Knowledge and understanding of Access Control CCTV and Alarm Systems operations. (Lenel Verint Biometrics)
- Strong communications skills.
Job Expectations:
- Ability to work nights weekends and/or holidays
- Flexibility to address incidents as needed 24 hours a day
- Relocation assistance is not available for this position
