Mayo Clinic Orthopedics and Sports Medicine is a renowned leader in orthopedic and sports medicine care dedicated to providing exceptional treatment and support to athletes and patients. We are seeking dedicated and skilled Athletic Trainers to join our team and deliver highquality athletic training services in wellestablished high schools in the Rochester Minnesota area. Our partner schools are larger institutions with a rich tradition of athletics and a collaborative relationship with Mayo Clinic Outreach Services.

A Bachelors degree is required for certification prior to December 31 2022. A Masters Degree is required for certification after January 1 2023. Certification by the Board of Certification (BOC) for Athletic Training along with Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure is required. CPR certification is required. Minimum of two years of collegiate or professional athletic training experience is required. . Must be able to demonstrate clinical proficiency with good manual dexterity in order to manipulate treatment equipment. Must have strong communication and human relation skills to interact with clinicians administrators students coaches parents etc. Experience in program development resource allocation and marketing of athletic training services is preferred. At least five years experience working as an athletic trainer in a collegiate or professional setting is preferred/ Willing to work evenings and weekends.
