Key Responsibilities:
- Managing sale and purchase transactions from instruction to completion.
- Handling Draft Contracts Freehold and Leasehold enquiries and exchange of Contracts.
- Reviewing and reporting on search results and mortgage offers.
- Ensuring compliance with the UK Finance mortgage lenders handbook.
- Keeping files organised and ensuring all checklists and documentation are up to date.
- Providing regular updates to clients and introducers.
- Overseeing workload distribution and supporting junior staff where necessary.
- Preparing completion packs and coordinating final steps in the conveyancing process.
- Handling general office administration including post filing and account balances.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism in all client and thirdparty interactions.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience in conveyancing and a strong understanding of the property transaction process.
- Ability to manage a caseload efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to review legal documents accurately.
- Strong organisational and timemanagement skills.
- A proactive and problemsolving approach to work.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients solicitors and other stakeholders.
- Experience working with case management systems is an advantage.
