Job Description
Painter Signs
Job Responsibilities:
- Paint custommade signs according to client specifications.
- Utilize various painting techniques and tools to achieve desired designs and finishes
- Spray gun experience needed
- Mostly aluminum and acrylic
- Measure and cut materials to fit sign dimensions accurately.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide recommendations accordingly.
- Ensure the quality and durability of finished products by selecting appropriate materials and techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace for safety and efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated with the latest sign design trends and technologies.
- Assist in inventory management of supplies and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in manual dexterity and handeye coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience as a sign painter or in a related field is preferred.
- Experience with various painting techniques and materials used in sign making.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Customer service experience would be an added advantage.
