Currently seeking a Paid Search/Media Specialist to manage UK clients and their expectations within eCommerce B2C & B2B campaigns. Play a key role in the optimisation and performance of Paid Search campaigns across multiple platforms with a focus on Google Ads and some and Meta. This role is resultsdriven and critical to their campaign success.
Tasks
Channel Management
- Strategically plan execute and continuously optimise Paid Search and Paid Media campaigns across Google Ads and META platforms with a strong emphasis on Google.
- Experience with platforms such as LinkedIn TikTok Snapchat and X (formerly Twitter) is a strong advantage though not the primary focus.
Client Management
- Manage a portfolio of 35 client accounts on a monthly basis.
- Oversee and allocate client budgets ranging from 10K p/m min
- Serve as the primary point of contact ensuring clear communication proactive insights and exceptional client service.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a Paid Media Executive who will also support you offering guidance constructive feedback and professional development opportunities.
- Uphold the delivery of highquality work aligned with client objectives and internal benchmarks.
Hybrid Work Efficiency
- Excel in a Londonbased hybrid work environment by demonstrating independence accountability and effective time management.
- Foster seamless collaboration through clear and consistent communication across multiple time zones.
Campaign Objectives
- Lead the of leadgeneration campaigns focused on driving measurable results for clients.
- Deliver campaigns with technical precision creative flair and meticulous attention to detail.
Requirements
Essential Experience & Expertise
- Demonstrated 2 years plus expertise in Paid Search/Media in Google Ads with any META experience of benefit
- Previous agency experience (mandatory)
- Some experience with Paid Social channels of interest
- Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies with eCommerce
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and technical proficiency
- Strong communication and presentation skills (written & spoken)
- Clientfacing experience
