Job Description
We are urgently seeking Solar Design Engineer position for Mumbai location. The candidate must have experience as Solar Design Engineer role from EPC sector only. Job Summary for Solar Design Engineer (Male Only): Position : Solar Design Engineer (Male Only) Experience : 4 to 6 Years CTC : Upto 8 LPA for the relevant candidate Education : Bachelor s degree or equivalent Location : Borivali East Mumbai Mandatory skills: * Experience in Solar Design for Ground Mount along with good knowledge in India solar market. * Good knowledge in software like PYVSYST AUTOCADSKETCH UP. * Experience in SLDARRAY and String Designing. * Cable Losses AC & DC side. Key Responsibilities: I) Complete design of GroundMount and Roof Top solar PV Power plants including: Layout Design. Expertise in AutoCAD PVSyst Heliscope Sketch up software. Based on Project size select suitable modules and inverters Carry out PVSyst Simulation and finalise String Design Confirmation of design from Inverter Manufacturer Based on DC design carry out AC design including AC Cable sizing ACDB Design For Ground Mount projects in addition to the above carry out Transformer sizing HT breaker panel Design. Cable Routing and Cable termination planning including accessories required for same. Design the protection systems including earthing lightning arrestors. Design the monitoring system along with the required sensors and SCADA system as required by SLDC II) Support Procurement team for quotations for all equipment and accessories: Support Procurement team during order finalization. Support Procurement team for coordinating material deliveries in time III) Support site activities: Resolve site queries and issues if any. Coordinate with site supervisor and suppliers for commissioning activities.
