Job Description

This is a remote position.

PERMANENT DAYSHIFT WFH

ROLE TITLE : Auditing Administration Specialist
Company background: accounting/auditing
Target start date: ASAP
Compensation 78$AUD/Hour
Start with 30 hrs per week (will transition to full time after a month depending on performance)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The purpose of this position is to provide professional audit and administrative support by assisting in conducting audits reviewing financial analyses investigations and office management including using professional judgment in the preparation of confidential legal documents which include audit and investigative reports involving employees in collective bargaining unit administrative and professional employees and to assist with various aspects of office management
.
Responsibilities:
Assists in conducting audits reviews financial analyses investigations and other auditingrelated tasks including performing basic audit procedures.
Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure implementation and effectiveness.
Conduct initial assessments obtain and review necessary documentation from clients to identify discrepancies or areas of noncompliance and make recommendations for corrective actions or improvements.
Additional administrative tasks (future responsibilities)
Accounting and bookkeeping
Bank reconciliations
Checking for formula integrity on spreadsheets
Gathering information from clients website

Requirements

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 12years similar work experience as a VA/Auditing Administration Specialist in an accounting audit or administrative role preferably within the AU market.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using audit management software and Microsoft Office Suite

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 1-2years similar work experience as a VA/Auditing Administration Specialist in an accounting, audit, or administrative role, preferably within the AU market. Experience in using MYOB is required Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using audit management software and Microsoft Office Suite
