Job Description
PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT
- Responsible for all organizational and operational aspects of production such as but not limited to:
- planning and coordination
- Lead preparations and initiate all pre production and postproduction related meetings/tasks
- Source external suppliers seek internal clearances
- Traffic projects and coordinate with team leads regarding assignments
- Manage budgets
- Monitor and manage the progress of all projected and ongoing productions
- Collaborate closely with internal clients to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content
- Develop and manage production timelines
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & VENDOR MANAGEMENT
- Build and manage the database of production vendors establishing favorable rates for both the company and supplier
Requirements
- With at least 34 years of work experience in production research and editing
- Should be able to manage multiple projects
- Has excellent problemsolving skills
- Must be strategic with strong negotiating and interpersonal skills
- Has excellent communication skills
- Candidates must be willing to work onsite if required but will otherwise have the flexibility to work from anywhere
