Requirements:
- Associate s or Bachelor s in Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Current RN license in Massachusetts.
- BLS and ACLS required; CCRN preferred.
- ICU SICU or trauma experience preferred.
- Advanced assessment clinical judgment and team collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Provide critical care to postop and trauma surgical patients.
- Monitor vitals manage ventilators drips and invasive lines.
- Administer medications and respond to emergencies.
- Collaborate with surgical teams for care planning.
- Educate patients and families on recovery plans.
- Document care and follow ICU protocols.
