Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic individual with a strong book of business in along the Missouri River area to take over a very profitable territory. This role promises significant income potential with expectations of earning double the income compared to competitors. Candidates without an existing book of business may also be considered if they demonstrate exceptional skills and potential.

The previous person in this role achieved great success building the territory into one of the best within the company. They have now moved up to a significant promotion creating an opportunity for someone new to step in and benefit from the established success.

Our company is wellknown for promoting from within and experiencing rapid growth. We invest in our people offering competitive salaries and commission structures. Notably there is no cap on commissions and we have a consistent track record of bonus payouts for the past 40 years. We expect hard work and success but our management team does not micromanage fostering a supportive and autonomous work environment.

Compensation:

  • Salary: $65000 $80000
  • Commission: Significant earning potential with no cap on commissions

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience in the agricultural industry particularly in seed fertilizer or chemical sales
  • Strong book of business preferred but exceptional candidates without one will be considered
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
  • Selfmotivated with a passion for agriculture
