Job Description

The Reconciliation Manager Meeting Services will oversee the reconciliation processes related to meeting services within the agency. This role involves managing financial transactions ensuring accuracy in records and coordinating with various departments to streamline processes. This role is crucial for maintaining financial integrity and supporting the agencys meeting services operations.

What Does a Reconciliation Manager Meeting Services Do

  • Oversee the reconciliation of financial transactions related to meeting services including vendor payments client billing and internal expenses.
  • Lead a team responsible for reconciliation tasks providing guidance training and performance evaluations.
  • Identify and implement improvements in reconciliation processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Prepare and present regular reconciliation reports to senior management highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all reconciliation activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as finance operations and client services to ensure seamless reconciliation processes.

Qualifications :

What Are We Looking For

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in reconciliation financial management or a related role preferably within the pharma or digital marketing industry.
  • Strong analytical skills attention to detail proficiency in reconciliation software excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • This position may require occasional travel to client sites and company meetings.
  • CPA or other relevant certifications preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with pharma industry regulations
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure accurate and timely reconciliation.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $65000 to $96000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience other jobrelated qualifications/skills and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
