Duties:
- Delivering key features and improvements on projects.
- Support/implementing customerspecific projects.
- Design simulate test & record results to verify requirements

- Debugging logs system behaviour and historical data to identify root causes.
- Contributing to projects by addressing customer feedback resolving defects and enhancing existing features.
- Mentoring team members on technical aspects of the projects
- Assisting junior members with implementations & debugging
- Collaborating with QA & Coordinating and managing major releases ensuring all planned features are tested and delivered
- Leading sprint planning meetings to define the scope of each sprint.
- Collaborating with the team to estimate effort and assign tasks.
- Ensures adherence to business policies Legal requirements Ethics.

- Leading sprint planning meetings to define the scope of each sprint.
- Collaborating with the team to estimate effort and assign tasks.

Impact and Scope: What level of impact local office regional division group
- A20 lane project is a critical project and we see a plenty of work for this FY year. Need a senior member to become a key interface with other stakeholders like service quality and IR. Need a technically sound and he has accumulated good knowledge of System/Software of low energy products assisting junior members for implementations & debugging.
Key Internal and External Relationships:
- Working with the service team across the globe to address the escalated customer issues.
- Investigating and analysing field issues reported by customers.
Qualifications :
- Must possess at least a Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and/or Computer Engineering/Science or equivalent.
- 10 years industrial experience of embedded technologies
- Experienced in following formal development processes
- Has designed implemented and tested (on real machines: elevators motors aircraft etc. FSMs in professional life either in C/C/Pascal/Ada/Delphi
- Experience all aspects of finitestate machines (FSMs)
- Expertise in C/C Python and shell scripting
- Experience of objectoriented development and design patterns.
- Competent to debugtroubleshoot and finding root cause of complex problems and the fix the issues
- Experience of testdriven development
- Experience of networking technologies
- Experience of developing for RTOS Bare Metal or Linux embedded target environments
- Experience of kernel configuration and driver development
- Understanding of PLCs development
- Experience in Linux application programming
- Strong understanding about Interprocess communication
- Very good experience in Agile and SAFe methodologies
